【Training started last week at the Koishikawa, Kawaguchi and Akabane dojos】

各道場で能登半島地震の犠牲者に黙祷を捧げた後に稽古を始めました。

今年は辰年です。更なる飛躍を目指し「互いに学び合い、互いに鍛え合い、互いに高め、成長する」を目指して頑張りたいと思います。

We began this year's class in each dojo with a moment of silence for the victims of the Noto Peninsula earthquake.

This year is the Year of the Dragon.

We will do our best to "learn from each other, train with each other, improve each other and grow" in order to make further progress like rise of the dragon.

To all those who visit and practice at Taishijuku.
