-We received feedback from one of the participants, Billy san from the USA-

I always like to do morning training because it is the best way to start the day, and especially on the weekend its nice to have early training so that we can have strong motivation to get up early and make the most out of the day.
I like that we made a commitment to come, so that we will strongly follow through and extra careful not to oversleep

These days work is busy and stressful. I want to come to work earlier everyday in order to be more productive, but the stressful atmosphere at work somehow makes me feel tired in the morning and difficult to get an early start.
Coming to early training over this long weekend may be a great way to break that cycle and get on a better schedule.
I was amazed how easy I woke up very early this morning and felt refreshed in anticipation of training.
Even though I set three alarm clocks on my phone, I did not have to use any of them. I was amazed my body woke up by itself at 4:30 am in anticipation of training, and did not need alarm clock.
Also I felt very refreshed at that early hour, probably because I almost drank no alcohol the night before, knowing I need to wake up early.
I like to have that kind of good motivation!

The class itself was great and really enjoyed it. The instruction was wonderful and its somehow very peaceful practicing in the early morning.
It would be wonderful to have early morning training on weekends more often!

OSS!
